FOUNDRY - OEM CASTINGS
Equipped with the most advanced foundry plant KNOWN as
NO-BAKE, CHEMICAL BONDED, including In-House electrical furnaces to produce the best quality castings & to make best quality products.
Its first of its kind foundry plant in Pakistan, also known as the chemical bonded process, which make the high-quality moulds
for high quality castings.
With NO-BAKE FOUNDRY, the casting quality remain perfect, and will have equal wall thicknesses, weights, dimensions & remain FREE FROM THE POROSITY, PIN HOLES & BLOW HOLES.

Foundry
World’s Most Advance Chemical Bonded Foundry Plant ever placed in Pakistan, this plant is mainly used in automobile industry around the world to have the best quality casting & currently considered the best foundry system for quality castings. Same Plant are in use for SCON Valves Manufacturing.
Scon Valves is the only valves company having this plant in Pakistan, importantly the advantages of this process is that castings quality remain perfect & free from Porosity, Pin Holes, Blow Holes & will have the equal wall thicknesses.
Production
Machine Shop is equipped with around 40+ Machines including the CNC, Boring, Drilling.
The current machining capacity is about 1000+ Flange End Valves.
The Machine Shop carries all the important Tests to make sure the high quality machining, including the testing equipment’s.
